Camp Rental Policies
Gulf Coast Bible Camp’s facilities are available for rental groups. Reservations are taken on a first comes, first serve basis. Check our camp calendar to see if our facilities are available for your upcoming event!
Reservation Requirements:
All reservations require a $250 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a reservation.

Rental Fees:
Rates
Weekend Rates: $20 per person per night with a $1,000 minimum
Includes two wood cabins, mess hall and director’s hut
Additional buildings require additional $250 per night or 15 more people
A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a reservation.
Cleaning / Damage Deposit
A $250 refundable cleaning & damage deposit is The deposit must be presented upon arrival in the form of a separate check(s) that may be fully or partially returned upon inspection of the facilities within 48 hours of the reservation ending according to the Camp Director’s discretion.
Additional Information:
Canoeing on the lake. There is a dock with an easy launch.
We have __ canoes and two paddle boats available.
Lifeguards are not provided by GCBC but are required to be present and on duty while using the lake. Certifications for lifeguards must be presented to the Camp Director prior to guarding.
$150 fee for canoes (includes canoes, paddles and lifejackets).
Swimming Pool
30’ x 60’ swimming pool — maximum depth is 9’
$250 fee is required for use of the pool.
Advance notice required.
Lifeguards are not provided by GCBC but are required to be present and on duty while using the pool. Certifications for lifeguards must be presented to the Camp Director prior to guarding.
RV Hookups
There are five (5) RV hookups with power, water and sewer.
$15 per night per site

air conditioned cabins (some of which are handicap accessible)

bathrooms inside select cabins (handicap accessible) as well as exterior bathhouses
