Summer Camp Registration Information:

Below is important information regarding the Summer Camp Registration. Please be sure to read this section thoroughly so that you are aware of the camp's policies regarding registration.

• Grades listed on the application form are in reference to the grade completed during the 2011-2012 academic year.
  

• Summer camp sessions are growing every year and some weeks max out our camp's accommodations. Therefore, it is important for campers to register in advance in order to ensure they have a spot reserved at their desired week. One can register in advance by mailing a completed application and $25.00 deposit to the address provided on the form.
  

• Summer Camp sessions in 2012 will cost $145.00 per camper. Canteen and T-shirts are not included in this amount.
  

Available Discount: You can receive a $20 discount off the price of registration if you postmark your payment & forms for June sessions by May 15 or July sessions by June 15.

• An "Early Bird" registration discount of $20.00 per camper is available to those who postmark their application and deposit by particular dates. In order to receive this discount, those campers attending June sessions must postmark their applications with deposit by May 15 and those campers attending July sessions must postmark their applications with deposit by June 15.

Payment Information: In order to reserve your spot at camp you must submit a $25.00 deposit.  Make checks payable to: "Gulf Coast Bible Camp"

• Deposits are refundable up to two weeks before the selected session starts. Once the camp session is less than two weeks away, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
